Jonathan Ruwanika MCom, CA(SA)
Jonathan is a seasoned finance leader with deep experience across venture capital, operational finance, and global audit. As the former CFO at Future Africa, he oversaw a $61M portfolio of 100+ startups and implemented investor-grade governance, reporting, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. His career began at Deloitte before leading finance at PEP, giving him a rare blend of institutional discipline and early-stage execution. A Newton Venture Fellow and Mandela Rhodes Scholar, Jonathan helps founders build clean, compliant, investor-ready finance systems that scale with confidence.
Tinashe Zano CA(SA)
Tinashe is a finance leader with over a decade of experience, previously an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton and part of Makosi’s global team supporting PwC audits across the USA, Ireland, and Luxembourg. As founder of Innovative CFO, he has built full finance functions for multiple venture-backed companies, combining strong financial controls with practical, founder-focused execution. A serial entrepreneur with a passion for social impact, Tinashe helps startups implement disciplined, scalable finance systems that support long-term growth.
